Cancelling or changing an order is not possible. This is because after your order is confirmed, the shipping process starts immediately. Of course after receiving your order you can return it within 14 days.

If you are not around to take the delivery of your package, the carrier will leave a card telling you how to collect your items. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
You can return your product up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that the products are not worn or damaged. Refunds are processed the same way as purchases. For all customers, returns are the customer's expense.
Unfortunately we can’t exchange any shoes, if you would like a different model or size you can place a new order at our webstore.
Please note that international orders outside of the EU our prices are excluding custom fees and all additional taxes. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
